Computerized RIG SERVICE Maintenance Management System (RSM System); The RSM information system was developed in-house by our IT service team. The conception and implementation of the system was realized in close connection with the technical staff and management, following the management and development plan of the company. Adopting the RSM system as the main tool for integrated management was done in 2005. The implementation of the system was made in phases, the improvement of the works tracking process and allocation of human resources being obvious since the first integrated modules. The main purpose of implementing and using this system is the centralization/ concentration and monitoring of data and information that derive from: - services and orders provided by the beneficiaries; - planning, evolution and closing the maintenance works; - follow-up materials and services orders, as well as the evaluation of the suppliers; - services and activities developed within the company; - the instruction and authorization process of the personnel employed; - the accreditations of the company and of the working points, as well as their monitoring. |
