Production Engineering

Production Engineering

Our engineers and specialists provide technical and operational interface between drilling, completion, intervention, workover and production engineering teams.
Petroleum engineers play a critical role in our operations by managing oil- and gas-producing properties and identifying opportunities to improve their performance and profitability.

Our capabilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Planning, supporting and supervising oil and gas well completions, slick-line and wire-line service, power cables and coil tubing (CT) operations, well stimulation, interventions and work overs.
    • Designing, testing and installing well downhole completion, surface production facilities, well stimulation and safety system.

    • Coil Tubing services for acidizing, gas-lift, sediments cleaning out hardware milling out, pumping with Diesel/solvent/demulsifies for cleaning;

    • Providing on-site rig operations to test and run land and subsea production facilities (pipes, risers, jacket), and ROV operations.

    • Providing support for subsea equipment and controls, maintenance and inspection for rigs while the assigned fields.
    • Coordinating with multiservice vessels and barge operations.

Production engineers handle the daily management of oil and gas production operations and help to maximize profitability by increasing revenue and lowering operating expenses.
    Production engineer responsibilities, include:
    • Production monitoring and evaluation.
    • Asset management planning.
    • Workover design and execution.

    • Cost estimating and budgeting.
    • Interfacing with working interest partners and service companies.

Production operations engineers are involved in rig operations (planning, logistics, paperwork and teamwork) and have the opportunity to develop a fundamental understanding of all the elements that are critical to drilling and workover operations.

    Production operations engineer responsibilities, include:
    • Implementing safe and environmentally sound practices in field operations and maintenance.
    • Determining appropriate equipment for facilities and construction operations.
    • Performing procedures in drilling, workover, snubbing and coiled tubing operations.
