Quality

    The organization has implemented and certified an integrated management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001). Thus, development of integrated management system targets optimum solutions for the company’s needs and interests, as well as for the needs and expectations of clients and third parties interested, for market share acquisition and client trust in the company ability to provide desired quality with a service provision under the circumstances of environment protection and occupational health and safety.

Company management team and the entire personnel are aware of the importance of the quality of services provided by this organization in order to gain client trust, to reach better market position and to provide solid basis for company development.

The quality of the services provided by the organization, as part of integrated management system, is a key success factor in providing services to our clients.
Monitoring and measurement of the customers and the other stakeholders satisfaction is part of the monitoring and measurement process of the integrated management system performances.

Rig Service establishes objectives and processes necessary for obtaining results according to customers requirements, policies and procedures within the organization, implement and monitor these processes, so that proper actions being undertaken in order to assure continual improvement of the organization performance and effectiveness.

CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT

    Rig Service continually improves the effectiveness of its Integrated Management System through:
    - customer satisfaction analysis
    - objectives and performance monitoring
    - management review
    - effective communication
    - audits and inspections.
    The continual improvement process of the system is accomplished with an active participation of the entire personnel.

AUDIT

    Periodically, internal audits are performed. These audits are documented and their main objective is to determine whether the integrated management system conforms to the reference standard requirements and to the regulations established and whether it is effective in accomplishing the organization objectives and policy.
    
    The second party and third party audits verify the compliance with contractual requirements of the customers.
    Externally, Germanischer Lloyd certification body checks the conformity with the standards requirements.

MANAGEMENT REVIEW

    The integrated management system is regularly reviewed to ensure it is appropriate, adequate and effective. This assessment includes evaluation of improvement opportunities and necessity of change within the system, including policy an company objectives.
    The decisions made within the review meetings are focused on the continual improvement of the effectiveness and performances of the integrated management system, processes and service in relation to the customerᶦs requirements and the legal norms.

HSEQ POLICY

    Policy in the filed of quality, occupational health and safety and environment protection, strategic objectives and management system adopted by the management are implemented, applied and maintained at all levels and especially and in every detail by the personnel involved in these actions.
    Policy in the field of quality, occupational health and safety and environment protection as well as its revision is at least yearly analyzed on the occasion of review meetings conducted by management.
